With over four decades of legal experience, Mr. Qadeer has represented a wide range of business clients in complex commercial and real estate transactions. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law. A published legal author and former member of the City of Houston Ethics Committee, Mr. Qadeer is recognized as a Top Attorney in North America.

Mr. Anwar-i-Qadeer is an attorney practicing business, commercial and real estate law in Houston, Texas. He started his professional career in 1982 by joining a downtown law firm, and then in 1991 he formed his own law firm in Houston, Texas. He has extensive legal experience in representing entities in the real estate, healthcare, restaurant, automotive, technology, financial, energy, sports and entertainment industries, including formation and structuring, commercial transactions, loans, private placements, securities, mergers and acquisitions, sales and dissolutions, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Maudoodi has practiced alongside Mr. Qadeer since 2008 and brings a dual background in law and business to the firm’s clients. He holds both a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Houston and specializes in corporate structuring, M&A, and private equity transactions. Licensed in both Texas and Pakistan, Mr. Mazhar combines local insight with foreign legal experience. A former litigation attorney for financial institutions overseas, he now focuses exclusively on business and real estate transactions, entity formation, and due diligence. He earned his LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center and his LL.B. from the University of the Punjab.

Mr. Mazhar is an attorney, practicing in Houston since 2020. He provides transactional services to individuals, property and business owners in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including selection and formation of legal entities, developing their organizational structure and paperwork, real estate transactions and due diligence.

Mr. Mazhar is a former litigation attorney, having experience of representing financial institutions and corporate clients before the high courts and special banking courts in Pakistan until 2010.
